Director of Sales Leisure Resort Group Metro Manila Philippines
A leisure resort group is looking for a Director of Sales to join its sales and marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing the successful candidate develops and executes sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue by driving group and FIT sales manage client relationships and lead the sales team to meet revenue goals.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management or any related courses
With three (3) years supervisory or management experience in hotel sales and distribution preferably in a 5 star or luxury properties
With network within the MICE industry
With a proven track record of generating leads and securing high-value group business
Strong management communication and leadership skills
Willingness to be based in Quezon City with travels to the assigned resort/s
