Roles and Responsibilities:
Support payroll operations including accurate payroll execution and internal/external reporting or audit support
Handle ad-hoc analytical tasks (e.g. gross-up calculations withholding overtime)
Offer guidance on payroll processes and handle data input/transactions
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with federal state local and company regulations
Collaborate with teams across HR Service Delivery Benefits Compensation and Finance
Investigate and analyze payroll issues to identify root causes and implement solutions
Support payroll tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
Team Environment
Youll be part of the HR Service Delivery team within Payroll Operations supporting employees in the US Canada and Puerto Rico.
Required Qualifications
1 year of relevant experience in payroll operations or payroll tax
Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g. Ceridian ADP)
Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of US payroll tax regulations (federal state and local)
Knowledge of gross-to-net calculations and payroll processes
Experience in generating reports and performing detailed analysis
