Shift: Night 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) this role you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians. The LPN will be responsible for performing a variety of clinical tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in condition to the healthcare team
Assist with wound care and dressing changes
Collect and document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
Work closely with physicians and Registered Nurses to develop and implement patient care plans
Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families
Assist with the maintenance of a safe clean and organized environment
Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and compassionate manner

Required Qualifications:

Current and valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
