Please confirm candidates desired length at time of submission. Euclid Hospital Med/Surg Tele RN Night shift 3 -12 hour shifts 7pm-730am Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. *ONE recent reference from a manager ANM supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted! Traveler must work at least every other holiday ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Locals accepted at the same rate
