Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate reliable and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The RN will provide quality nursing care to residents/patients in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensure the highest level of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care according to individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
Monitor patient status assess patient needs and report changes in condition to the physician and interdisciplinary team.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records.
Assist with admissions discharges and transfers.
Supervise and direct care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
Communicate effectively with patients families and healthcare team members.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Maryland.
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
Strong clinical critical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible PRN hours including evenings nights weekends and holidays as needed.
