Job Summary

Responsibilities for this position include:

Help draft update and present project team Requests For Qualifications (RFQ)

Assist with preliminary budgeting formats for project(s)

Work alongside the Budget & Finance Manager for project financials

Monitor work in place as related to Construction Manager & subcontractor pay requests

Create and update change order tracking sheets & forecast mechanisms

Site visits to coordinate between the design team and construction team

Oversight for quality assurance

Draft and present project updates for project team and client

Monitor and guide the design and construction schedule

Management through project closeout and completion

What we are looking for in a project manager:

3 - 5 years of experience in the construction industry or project management

Former trade experience would be advantageous

Strong technology skills required emphasis on Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Bluebeam Adobe and Canva

Microsoft Excel experience is important

Willing to travel to various projects all currently within Middle TN

Ability to communicate with internal staff project team members and clients

Creative thinking with solid written and verbal communication skills

Thorough and keen attention to detail and deadlines
