Job Summary
Job Title: UKG Program Manager
Location: Seattle WA (onsite)
Job Type: Full time
Job Description
- Experience in managing large enterprise HCM transformation programs (Preferably UKG Pro WFM Implementation)
- Ensure project milestones budgets and resources are effectively managed
- Oversee system configuration data migration testing and deployment activities
- Act as a primary point of contact between business IT vendors UKG and TCS team members
- Lead and Manage project team members
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage relationship with UKG team third party vendors and Customers
- Provide regular updates to all stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of workforce management processes including time tracking scheduling and compliance.
Good-to-Have:
- UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFM certifications
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills
- Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
