We are looking for a Lead AI Developer with 10 12 years of software development experience and strong expertise in AI ML and Deep Learning. This role requires hands-on development mentoring and solution leadership. Youll build innovative scalable AI systems using Python TensorFlow/PyTorch and work on GenAI and NLP-driven solutions.

Required Skills:

10 12 years in software/AI development
Strong Python TensorFlow or PyTorch
Machine Learning & Deep Learning models
Experience with NLP GenAI (LangChain RAG) Multi-agent systems
Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
