Our Regional Delivery team is seeking a Program Lead Coastal to design deliver and monitor a portfolio of coastal programs and initiatives that support sustainable environmental outcomes.
As the Program Lead Coastal youll be responsible for providing technical and policy advice and planning and delivering a range of projects that support the implementation of the Governments coastal management framework and the delivery of outcomes.
Youll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and practical problem-solving. Your work will involve everything from setting up project plans and budgets to keeping stakeholders informed and making sure risks are managed along the way.
About You
Youre a strategic thinker with a strong background in coastal processes and program delivery supported by a solid understanding of the NSW Coastal Management framework. You have a proven track record in coastal project and program management including planning stakeholder engagement and coordinating multidisciplinary delivery across government or in similar contexts.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating complex issues with resilience and professionalism. Youre known for your initiative adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in natural resources environmental or marine science coastal engineering geomorphology or related disciplines are essential.
