Description:
Supports the operation of front and back-end fare collection systems including installations reporting and monitoring. Troubleshooting network issues with various departments
Roles/Responsibilities:
Supports Point of Sale & Fare collection systems including but not limited to testing developmentinstallation reporting and monitoring.
Required to travel for equipment installations monitoring training etc.
Manages day to day testing and implementation of technological advancements and software upgrades. Assist troubleshooting production issues.
Provide technical guidance and acts as liaison to user departments and vendors for the coordination of equipment installations implementation and end user training.
Required to assist in other areas within POS and Fare Collection Departmentincluding but not limited to TVMs TOMs Platform Validators OBVs.
Technical Skills/Knowledge:
Experience with SAP desired but not required.
Knowledge in fare collection technology desired but not required.
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to make important decisions under pressure.
Problem-solving skills.
Knowledge with Microsoft Office application.
Motivated and organized.
Knowledge with Excel.
Valid drivers license is required.
