Broadridge is hiring! Were seeking a Corporate Actions Operations Associate to join our dynamic this role you will work with DTC process within Voluntary Corporate Actions with the Reorganization space.

Do you have at least 2-3 years of experience with back-office systems in Corporate Actions If so wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing voluntary and mandatory corporate actions interpreting terms allocation of event to holders and reconciliation

• Perform various Reorg events ensuring instructions are received and processed timely and accurately as well as mitigate risk and exposure to the firm

• Monitor deadlines and critical cut-offs to ensure instructions are processed accordingly

• Learn and understand stock record relating to various retail and institutional accounts

• Process allocations ensuring reorg events are paid timely and reconciled for accuracy

• Provide outstanding client service Escalate client issues and complaints on operational matters to higher-level management when vital

• Understanding and recognizing various voluntary and mandatory reorg events and communicating with custodians depositories counterparties and clients as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required

• 2-3 years of professional experience

• Corporate Actions experience preferred

• Ability to multitask and take ownership of complex issues

• Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office (Excel Outlook Word)

• Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment

• Experience with BPS/DTC/Euroclear/Clear stream is a plus

Compensation Range: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
