We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Contract Specialist to join our Bids Team focusing on government signage projects. This role is critical in ensuring compliance accuracy and efficiency throughout the bidding and contracting process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management government tender requirements and bid documentation with excellent communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Review draft and manage bid-related contracts subcontracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with government procurement policies legal requirements and company standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales design finance and operations) to gather necessary inputs for proposals.
Prepare review and submit prequalification documents RFIs RFPs and RFQs.
Track contract deadlines deliverables and obligations to mitigate risks.
Support negotiations with clients and subcontractors while protecting company interests.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in bid management systems.
Monitor and interpret government regulations impacting the signage and construction industry.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Contract Management or related field.
24 years of experience in contracts bids or procurement (experience in signage construction or government projects preferred).
Strong understanding of government bidding processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and bid management tools.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
