Description

Devsinc is looking to hire a results-driven GTM Specialist/Strategist to join its outbound team within the Global B2B Sales and Business Development department responsible for building and scaling a high-deliverability compliant outbound engine that drives sales-qualified discovery calls pipeline and revenue from Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts owning end-to-end strategy and execution from ICPs messaging and deliverability to sequencing analytics and continuous optimizationwhile partnering closely with SDRs AEs Marketing and Delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

GTM Segmentation

  • Build and execute outbound GTM strategies for high-growth verticals such as Manufacturing Retail Logistics and eCommerce developing persona-specific messaging aligned with Devsincs core offerings including Staff Augmentation Microsoft Dynamics 365 Mobile & Web Development and Cybersecurity.
  • Define ICPs design outreach strategies and launch automated outbound campaigns using tools such as Smartlead Instantly Apollo Clay HubSpot Dripify and HeyReach while managing pipeline tracking lead qualification and performance reporting through CRM and Power BI dashboards.

Sequence Architecture

  • Own messaging and sequence architecture by creating persona-specific messaging for C-suite VP/Director Product/Engineering IT/Security stakeholders; design and document multi-touch outbound sequences (first-touch follow-ups bump breakup and referral emails) optimized for bookings and show rates; and build scalable playbooks and templates across verticals and offerings (AI Shopify Salesforce Dynamics 365 Cybersecurity Staff Augmentation Mobile/Web Bespoke Software and Partner Alliances).

Data Enrichment

  • Manage data enrichment and list quality including sourcing and enriching account/contact data validating emails maintaining suppression lists owning segmentation fields (industry revenue employee count tech stack geography persona intent lifecycle stage) ensuring CRM integrity and partnering with RevOps on routing deduplication and lifecycle definitions.

Email Infrastructure and Compliance

  • Set up and manage email infrastructure deliverability and compliance including sending domains inbox rotation SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication warm-up protocolsreputation monitoring bounce and spam management inbox placement optimization and adherence to applicable email and privacy regulations while documenting SOPs and standards to support scale and operational consistency.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
  • 2 years of experience in Outbound Strategy SDR or GTM/Email Marketing preferably within B2B SaaS or IT services with experience targeting North America UK Europe and MENA regions.
  • Hands-on experience running large-scale outbound campaigns (100k300k emails per month) while maintaining strong deliverability and compliance with deep familiarity in cold email infrastructure and best practices including SPF DKIM DMARC list hygiene warm-up protocols and inbox placement monitoring.
  • Strong understanding of ICP segmentation funnel stages and account-based strategy (ABM).
  • Hands-on experience with outbound and sales tools such as Smartlead Instantly Apollo HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience selling or marketing technical services such as AI digital transformation cloud cybersecurity platform engineering or staff augmentation.
