We are looking for a full-time Technical Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements identify top talent and help us assemble a high-performing distributed tech team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment loves connecting with exceptional people and is passionate about building teams that can make a real impact globally.


What will you be doing

  • Take charge of full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineers (Frontend Backend Full Stack) QA DevOps Product and other technical positions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements tech stacks and team needs and define hiring timelines and interview processes
  • Source top talent through LinkedIn job boards employee referrals and proactive outreach
  • Conduct screening calls to evaluate technical skills culture fit and overall alignment with vFairs
  • Coordinate interviews consolidate feedback and support data-driven hiring decisions
  • Prepare and manage offer rollouts in coordination with the People Ops team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date hiring pipelines reports and documentation to keep the process smooth
  • Ensure a consistent professional and positive candidate experience at every stage
  • Support People Operations initiatives as assigned including onboarding documentation and employee engagement activities


Required Skills

  • 35 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
  • Proven experience hiring for engineering or technical roles
  • Strong understanding of technical roles skills and terminology
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills to keep hiring processes running smoothly
