As a Senior Practitioner youll work closely with your Room Lead and the Nursery Manager to help oversee the daily running of your room. Youll plan engaging child-led activities support the team with clear direction and encouragement and ensure every childs needs are met in a safe happy and stimulating environment.
Youll be a role model for best practicebalancing care creativity and professionalismand helping to mentor junior colleagues as part of a strong and passionate early years team.
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum)
At least 3 years experience post-qualification
Confident in supporting and motivating a small team
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS requirements
Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene certificates (or willingness to obtain)
