Job Summary
Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams Were looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyers agent to join our team. Youll act as the buyers main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. - Meet with warm buyer leads and build lasting client relationships
- Schedule and conduct showings open houses and buyer consultations
- Advise clients on local market trends and homebuying strategies
- Guide buyers through financing options and the offer process
- Negotiate purchase agreements to help clients win deals
- Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to closing
- Maintain CRM follow-ups and work a flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends
- 1 year of experience as a real estate or buyers agent preferred
- Active South Carolina Real Estate License
- Knowledge of the local Charleston real estate market
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage and convert leads
- Highly motivated organized and committed to client service
- Available to work 4050 hours/week including weekends
