WORK ENVIRONMENT: Professional office
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** Must have CPA or BS in Accounting
** Must have 10 yrs of working with FASB/GASB
** Must have 10 yrs of financial statements preparation
** Must be advanced in Microsoft Office
** Must have General Ledger systems experience (Quickbooks PeachTree CYMA FLAIR etc.)
** Ability to create update and manage desk procedures
** Must have financial & programmatic compliance audits experience

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains various specialized accounting records
Compiles and analyses of large amounts of financial data
Ability to read and interpret statutes and regulations
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Pronouncements
Understanding of Genal Ledgers Trail Balances and GAAP Financial Statements
Knowledge of Microsoft (ex. Excel Word Access etc.)
