What Youll Be Doing

• Provide advice on HR policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle.
• Support recruitment activities including apprenticeships and operational roles.
• Assist with interpreting employment conditions under Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees supporting a positive workplace culture.
• Contribute to performance and behaviour-related matters under guidance.
• Help manage apprenticeship programs and support training outcomes.
• Assist with HR documentation reporting and annual People initiatives.

What Were Looking For

• A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• 13 years experience in an HR environment (internships graduate programs or entry-level roles welcome).
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive resilient and service-oriented mindset.
