Te tūranga The role

The Security Assurance Specialist provides information security assurance to stakeholders using their risk and information security expertise to perform assurance activities for the delivery of projects and programmes and providing advice and guidance to ensure adoption of and adherence to information security architectures strategies policies standards and guidelines.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Supporting the integration of Te Tiriti Te Ao Māori and diversity equity and inclusion within our organisation.

Developing and maintaining external relationships as required.

Operating in line with RBNZs policies and procedures.

Contributing to the development of the Banks security management framework

Ensuring the evaluation and integration of new technology is delivered

Contributing to the development and execution of security risk intrusion scenario planning and crisis management exercises within the directorate and across business stakeholders.

Assessing security risks and controls across the Banks entire technology estate.
