Job Summary
Our Daylighting team in Grande Prarie AB is looking for a *Local*Hydro VacTechnicianto join our safety conscious team! This position is responsible for assisting our Hydro Vac Operators on a variety of customer sites to operate units in performing Daylighting excavation activities associated with pipeline construction utility and oil terminal work.

Responsibilities
- Ensuring thatHealth and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safework practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at alltimes;
- Assisting theHydro Vac Operators in the safe operation of all units;
- Completing tasksassociated with Daylighting excavation trenching and shoring;
- Ensuring the jobsite placement of the truck is safe stable and secure;
- Completing allrequired paperwork on a daily basis;
- Riggingequipment in and out;
- General clean-upand maintenance of units upon completion on the job.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 5Drivers license is required;
- Previous Swamping or Laborer experience on a HydroVac is preferred;
- Previous industrial or construction labor experience is required;
- Ability andwillingness to travel and to work on an on-call basis.
