With over 10 years of experience we are committed to delivering exceptional waste support services to apartment complexes across the country guided by our core values of family integrity grit humility exceed and no-jerks.
Role Overview: As an SDR you will play a crucial role in driving Ally Wastes growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities. Your primary focus will be on outbound prospecting building strong relationships with property and regional managers and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls emails and outreach through other channels to generate leads.
- Qualify inbound leads and manage initial outreach to build rapport with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and service reviews for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach and pipeline progress.
- Research and analyze industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation efforts.
- Represent Ally Wastes core values in all interactions with potential clients.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software is an advantage.
- Bachelors degree required

- Pay: Competitive base salary ($40-50k) with performance-based incentives.
