Were in search of a highly motivated talented and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Shop Assistant to join our Lomography Manila office. As the E-Commerce & Shop Assistant youll play a pivotal role in managing reporting tasks optimizing marketplaces and ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of the Lomography Online Shop including coordinating with our promotional calendar. Youll work closely with our Online team and other departments in our local regional and international team to support both our local and international operations. We develop market and distribute our products worldwide reaching millions of photography enthusiasts through our photo stores design stores museums online platforms and events.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage day-to-day operations and optimization of the Lomography Online Shop.
Update product listings prices and inventory.
Set up new products with texts images prices and stock information.
Coordinate promotional campaigns with the marketing team.
Generate ad-hoc reports as needed.
Collaborate with local marketing teams to optimize online presence.
Support customer support teams and resolve issues in online listings or transactions.
Job requirements
Bachelors degree in Business E-Commerce Sales & Marketing or related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce online retail customer support or a similar role
Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite especially spreadsheets.
Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with Lomography or passion for analogue photography is a plus.
Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Start Date: December 2025/January 2026
