Position Description:
This role can be located in Montreal or Toronto Canada (with consideration given to other Canadian locations as well).
As the Digital Communications Manager you will be a part of the Canada Marketing & Communications team and you will oversee the Canadian digital communications strategy as well as support the evolution of CGIs brand in Canada by making optimal use of all digital media.
Using a combination of creativity and data-driven strategies you will support Go-to-Market and Employer Branding programs through the development and execution of unique and impactful digital and social media campaigns. Helping raise brand awareness enhance market perception and generate interest for CGI and demand for its solutions and services.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
Develop creative compelling and targeted digital communications activity and campaigns
Assist with content creation including keyword research and SEO
Monitor the effectiveness of our website and other digital platforms analyze data and performance to draw insights and make informed recommendations
Improve the overall experience of including usability design content management and conversions
Oversee the social media strategy for CGI in Canada preparing campaign plans and overseeing account activities including creative requirements and reporting
Utilize a range of paid strategies including search and social media marketing
Leading social media training and employee advocacy efforts across Canada
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital communications
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
8-10 years experience in a digital communications or social media marketing role
Strong creative and content expertise as well as proven experience planning and executing B2B digital and social media campaigns
Understanding of current online marketing concepts strategies and best practices
Excellent writing editing presentation and communication skills;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously keeping initiatives on time and on budget.
Experience with Marketing automation software (Hubspot or other)
Bilingual English is essential and French considered an asset as the person in this position will need to collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners across Canada
Agency experience considered an asset
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70000-$135000. This role is an existing vacancy
