Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk BSC

Responsibilities
- Perform Daily Reconciliation and correcting entries for each car dealerships daily deposits.
- Maintain credit card receivable schedules and cash clearing schedules.
- Post daily banking activity relating to credit card deposits NSF and daily deposits.
- Maintain communication with the stores regarding deposits outstanding balances and schedules.
- Process credit override requests.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Ǫualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior Accounting and CDK experience required.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to demonstrate work process judgment and prioritize in a multi-task environment.
- Prior accounts receivable experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication verbal written and organization skills.
- Time management with excellent attention to detail.
