Reynoldsburg City school is actively recruiting Long-Term Substitutes for the remainder of the2025-2026 school year. TheLong-Term Substitute will be assigned to open teaching positions within an assigned building. Daily tasks may include classroom coverage instruction and ongoing supervision of students.

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates a growth mindset
- Provides an atmosphere conducive to learning consistent with the school and district mission
- Follows established school discipline procedures
- Encourages students attendance
- Implements lesson plans
- Monitors student growth andacademic success
- Maintain active supervision of students at all times
- Engages students in a safe learning environment
- Monitors student progress and assists where needed by keeping close proximity
- Maintains effective classroom management and discipline procedures
- Provides written feedback for the classroom teacher and school administrators
- Maintains accurate student attendance records and grades
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelors degree - any field.
- Clean criminal background.
- Positive professional references.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- License: Ohio teaching and/or sub (Required).
