We are currently seeking aBank Operations Supervisor - Information Reporting (in-office) - Midvale UT- to join our team.

Your key responsibilities:

Supervise the flow of operations that support retail and commercial bank business and functions which may include; unclaimed property servicing and reporting IRA servicing and reporting legal processing tax reporting and various other regulatory reporting etc.

Ensure operating schedules processing and procedures are met and staff is adequately trained.

Supervise staff sets work schedules allocates and monitors work.

Have authority concerning staffing performance evaluations promotions salary recommendation and terminations.

Review existing procedures and recommend changes when necessary to make sure area is efficient.

Provide input for area budget and/or budgeting process.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in bank operations processes and procedures departmental operations or supervision of departmental operational functions.

Supervisory experience a plus.

College degree preferred.

o A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Basic knowledge of banking or bank operations practices principles applications methods policy and procedures.

Requires solid interpersonal problem resolution and communication skills both verbal and written.

Knowledge of and capability to do the work of the group.

Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.

Good leadership or supervisory skills.
