One Vision is excited to offer a 12-hour shift model designed with work-life balance in mind. We are currently hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our Back-End Day Schedule supporting individuals in our Clear Lake homes.

What Youll Do:
As a DSP youll provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by:
Assisting with daily living tasks: hygiene housekeeping cooking laundry and medications.
Encouraging independence and personal growth.
Supporting community involvement and recreational activities.
Driving individuals to appointments and outings.
Completing accurate documentation using electronic systems.
Supporting individual financial responsibilities and grocery shopping.

Qualifications:
No prior experience required-we provide paid training.
Must be at least 18 years old.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid drivers license and auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility support.
Comfortable using a computer or device for documentation.
Must pass background checks and health screenings.
Willing to complete all required job training and certifications.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
