About the role:

Integrated Services is our internal business that supports our firms growth through connecting people streamlining processes and leveraging technology.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our Process Transformation Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading process optimisation programmes across the organisation providing strategic direction and ensuring the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

As a Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Integrated Services by identifying opportunities for efficiency driving innovation and embedding sustainable process improvements. This role requires advanced project management skills the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and strong leadership in guiding teams through change.

What your days will look like:

  • Lead large-scale and complex transformation projects from initiation through to completion applying Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Own and support the team lead on project planning resource allocation governance and delivery ensuring alignment with firm-wide priorities and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and senior stakeholder discussions using process mapping data analysis and root cause techniques to design robust solutions.
  • Support Senior Associates and Associates within the team providing coaching quality assurance and guidance to support their development and project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Integrated Services and Business Solutions acting as a trusted advisor on process transformation matters.
  • Report regularly on project progress benefits realisation and ROI to leadership teams ensuring transparent communication and accountability.
  • Champion the use and understanding emerging technologies (GenAI Alteryx Microsoft tools automation) to drive innovative improvements and future-proof our processes.
  • Balance multiple concurrent projects adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.

This role is for you if:

  • You are passionate about leading transformation and have strong expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma (Black Belt desirable).
  • You have proven experience in managing end-to-end process improvement programmes including strategic planning delivery and benefit tracking.
  • You are confident in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders constructively with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • You are adept at building trusted relationships managing competing priorities and creating alignment across diverse teams.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and business recommendations using statistical and digital tools where appropriate.
  • You thrive on developing others with a track record of mentoring or line-managing colleagues in a project or functional setting.
  • You bring curiosity resilience and a disruptive mindset to identify opportunities to leverage technology and drive meaningful change.
