- 10 years of relevant industry work experience in business development or business management with in-depth subject matter expertise on the mobile games market and industry.
- Experience in growing mobile games businesses across domestic and international markets.
- Deep understanding of mobile free-to-play products related business metrics and how to optimize for them.
- Outstanding partnership management skills and ability to foster strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong knowledge on alternative distribution channels and alternative payments.
- Solid understanding of competitive and 3rd party products and competitor strategies.
- Proven track record of successful business deals working with many groups to achieve goals.
- Strong project management skills as well as proficiency with Keynote and Numbers.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to identify impactful actionable recommendations.
- Excellent presentation skills and outstanding attention to details.
- Excellent written & verbal business interpersonal skills in Chinese and English are required.
- Results-oriented upbeat and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.
- BA / BSc or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus.
