The Leidos Digital Modernization Sector is seeking an accomplished Senior Capture Manager to drive business growth within the Intelligence Community with a primary focus on the Maryland Procurement Office (MPO). This strategic role is responsible for securing existing contracts and winning new business opportunities through comprehensive capture management and business development excellence.
Position Summary
The Senior Capture Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive capture strategies for approved pursuit efforts. This role orchestrates all aspects of bid strategy including cost/price positioning and win probability analysis while providing oversight of proposal development across all volumes. The position requires building high-performing capture teams and cultivating a culture of ethical winning.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of success leading $100M captures strong familiarity with Intel IT customers and an established professional network within the IC community.
