Join our Vilnius office as a Talent Acquisition Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wix by attracting developing and retaining top talent. Youll be at the forefront of maintaining our unique workplace culture and driving business growth through strategic your day-to-day you will:

• Actively search and attract top talent in Lithuania through platforms like LinkedIn and by building a network of potential candidates for both current and future roles

• Manage the entire hiring process from writing job descriptions and screening resumes to coordinating interviews and extending offers ensuring all stages run smoothly

• Partner with hiring managers and other teams to understand their needs align on hiring strategies and provide regular data-driven updates on recruitment progress

• Act as a company ambassador by providing timely and transparent communication offering personalized feedback and ensuring every candidate has a positive and respectful experience

• Utilize data to identify challenges and refine your recruitment strategy

Qualifications :

• Experience in tech recruitment in a global setting

• Proven track record of headhunting for senior talent in the Lithuanian market

• Data-driven decision-making skills with a confident and vocal approach to hiring matters

• Independent worker who takes ownership over your work

• Strong relationship-building skills with an understanding of the importance of networking in recruitment

• Business-oriented with an interest in technology and knowledge of the local talent market

• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English

Salary range is 2800 - 3500 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation including RSUs package)
