In this role you will:
Collaborate with hiring teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and essential skills
Proactively source top-tier talent using creative and innovative strategies to find and attract the best candidates
Leverage various platforms such as LinkedIn GitHub Reddit and others to build a strong pipeline of candidates
Conduct screening interviews and manage the recruitment process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience
Analyze recruitment data to develop and refine the most effective hiring strategies for each role
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer Recruiter or in a similar role with a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical positions
A genuine passion for recruitment and a strong dedication to attracting exceptional talent
Creative problem-solving skills tackling challenges head-on with a positive attitude taking initiative and contributing to meaningful improvements that help your team thrive
Strong relationship-building skills with an understanding of the importance of networking in recruitment
Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
