What You Will Do:

Support and guide managers through all the different stages of people management from onboarding events to off-boarding processes;
Mentor managers to improve their leadership skills including communication delegation and performance management;
Analyze trends and data metrics to develop solutions programs and policies;
Constantly look for areas of improvement and own the implementation of solutions;
Lead or support various projects such as performance management employee engagement and leadership development.

What We Expect:

Experience as an HR business partner or similar roles;
Passion for leadership professional development employee relations motivation and workforce management;
Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills;
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously;
Excellent communication skills written and oral in English and Lithuanian.

Compensation: The fixed monthly gross salary for this role ranges from 3300 to 4200 depending on your experience and skills.
