About the Role
Playtika is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Counsel to join our Legal team at our headquarters in Israel.
This position requires a trusted legal partner who combines deep expertise and people skills. You will work closely with HR business leaders and legal colleagues to deliver pragmatic business-oriented solutions in a fast-paced international environment.

Responsibilities
- Work directly with Playtikas global HR team on ongoing employment matters.
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide variety of employment and compensation & benefit matters in Israel and globally.
- Draft and review employment-related agreements policies termination letters and other documentation.
- Manage employment-related disputes and coordinate with external counsel when necessary.
- Lead and support global employment projects ensuring consistency and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Monitor and implement updates to local and global employment laws policies and best practices.
Required Experience
- 7 years of relevant professional experience in employment law gained in a multinational company (public company experience is an advantage) and/or a leading law firm advising international/high-tech clients.
- Licensed attorney in Israel (additional jurisdictions advantage).
- Strong track record of handling complex employment matters independently.
- Demonstrated managerial skills and ability to guide and influence colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to build strong working relationships across all levels.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
- Additional expertise in executive compensation commercial or privacy law an advantage.
