We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as an Operations Optimization this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficiency in the core operations of our organization.
As couriers at Wolt have complete freedom to choose when to go online and which tasks to approve their behavior affects our overall levels of service and metrics. Optimizing and molding their behavior via analytical insights is an everyday game-changing mission. For this mission among other things you will be managing payment models researching challenges and opportunities in our day to day operations raising flags and providing analytical insights to other operations teams.
What youll be doing:
- Track our ground operational KPIs (courier income courier task acceptance rate delivery times efficiency etc.)
- Conduct data analysis to derive meaningful insights and trends.
- Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design build and monitor courier payment models that are fair and lucrative for couriers while aligning with business goals.
- Support our geographic expansion over the country as well as our expansion into new product lines and business projects.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience as a business analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis and using relevant tools in a professional work environment: Excel SQL BI Tools- A Must
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are a fast learner who is not afraid to dive into challenges.
- Thorough and organized - you accomplish tasks with all ends tied and have great attention to details.
- Attitude - proactive person that takes ownership beyond the obvious.
- Strong communication skills - youre a team player who knows how to communicate and collaborate with others.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English as you will be working with different teams locally and globally.
