Description
Rendering Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities:Maintains systems and equipment restores repairs rebuilds or replaces faulty or inoperative components and parts; supervising staff.
Duties:Maintenance scheduling coaching planning communicating job expectations enforcing policies and procedures. Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews implementing production productivity and resolving problems. Evaluates functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment by conferring with operating departments identifying problems and requirements. Implement corrective actions.
Maintains function and reliability of facility systems operating and testing systems and equipment restoring repairing rebuilding or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Safety driven team leader that focuses on his teams safety first and foremost
- Experience leading a maintenance team
- Mechanical understanding of Rendering equipment and electrical knowledge.
- Equipment installation knowledge
- Predictive and preventive maintenance knowledge
- Understanding of steam process heating tube and shell heat exchangers condensate systems
- Hammer mills Pumps Centrifuge Screw conveyors Industrial gear box drives Plumbing welding pneumatic equipment and controls.
- Computer skills e-mails word and excel
