The Opportunity

Were seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 3rd shift to lead a team of skilled technicians in maintaining and improving equipment reliability for our distribution transformer manufacturing this role youll coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance optimize resources and ensure a safe efficient work environment. How Youll Make an Impact

• Develop and manage preventative maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals.

• Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities labor allocation and equipment access.

• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians to build a high-performing team.

• Ensure compliance with safety programs and maintain a clean secure work environment.

• Analyze data to identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend solutions.

• Track and improve key maintenance metrics such as asset utilization and schedule compliance.

• Manage inventory of critical parts tools and consumables.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• High School Diploma/GED plus 6 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience OR

• Associates Degree plus 4 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience OR

• Bachelors Degree plus 3 years of planning and/or maintenance supervisory experience.

• Previous leadership experience with high-performance teams.

• Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and safety compliance.

• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work all shifts and occasional weekends.
