Job Summary

Responsibilities

Sentinel is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and setting up laptops as well as providing general help desk support. This individual should have a desire to grow their technical skills and be willing to go above and beyond standard help desk responsibilities. This is a full time role onsite in Clarendon Hills IL.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in IT Support
  • Experience with Windows and Windows Server Operating System is required
  • Knowledge of networking troubleshooting upgrading and server operations is required
  • Proficient in Office 365 administration
  • Experience with installing making changes and repairing computer hardware and software
  • Experience with audio visual equipment a plus but not required
  • Experience with security cameras and related NVR equipment a plus but not required
  • Familiar with administration and maintenance of Active Directory and Azure
  • The candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude

Compensation Range:

$30.00-$35.00 an hour
