We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account & Channel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing managing and expanding relationships with our important accounts & channel partners to drive sales growth and increase market share across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Own ODM-Style important accounts with programs end-to-endfrom early requirements and design-in through NPI ramp and mass production.
- Be the single point of contact from customers orchestrating Internal R&D Quality Operations to deliver on-time design wins stable production and profitable growth.
- Negotiate contracts pricing and terms with accounts; execute business development plan
- Customer ownership: Multi-level relationships (engineering program mgmt sourcing quality). Run cadence calls QBRs and issue/decision logs.
- Market awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Channel strategy & coverage: Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence; prioritize countries/verticals for Delta Thermal Products;
- Project pipelines & targets: Monitor channels design-in opportunities/pipelines generate a framework to track progress from RFI to mass production and optimize sales strategies to deliver and maximize revenue/design-in goals.
- Partner relationship: Build strong relationships with new and existing channel partners and provide ongoing support and training on thermal products fundamentals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field.
- 5 years in business development or channel sales for electromechanical components or adjacent industrial products.
- Strong negotiation problem-solving and consultative selling skills
- Executive-level communication/presentation skills with Data-driven pipeline management (CRM Excel)
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel across EMEA 4060%.
Good to Have
- Good understanding of thermal related products
- Network in industrial automation power electronics data center/ICT.
- Additional European languages will be plus.
