We are seeking aSystems Analystto join our high-impact Supply Chain Planning team in Bangalore. Thistechno-functionalrole is central to managing and evolving our planning systems with a primary focus on theInventory Optimizer database. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled inSQL database management possess strong programming capabilities and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning new technologies such asJava. You will be thego-to expertfor all planning system improvements and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the global supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Database & Systems Management

• Own and manage theInventory Optimizer database ensuring data integrity performance and availability.
• Design develop and maintain complexSQL queries stored procedures and ETL processes to support planning workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration between planning systems (e.g. SAP IBP NetSuite Anaplan Tableau).
• Lead system enhancement initiatives across multiple platforms not limited to a single tool or technology.

Programming & Technical Development

• Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline data processing and reporting tasks.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal planning tools usingPython Java or other relevant languages.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness tolearn and apply new programming languages especiallyJava to support evolving system needs.

Techno-Functional Support

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users translating supply chain requirements into system solutions.

• Providebackup supportto the planning team by generating reports validating data and troubleshooting system issues.

• Participate in system testing user training and documentation for new features and enhancements.

Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support inventory optimization forecast accuracy and supply chain KPIs.
• Assist in the creation ofleading indicatorsand predictive models to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data used in executive S&OP reviews and operational planning.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in supply chain systems analytics and programming.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation agility and continuous learning within the planning team.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Supply Chain or related field (Masters preferred).
• 9 years of experience in atechno-functional rolesupporting supply chain or enterprise planning systems.
• Proven experience managingSQL databasesand working with large datasets in a business-critical environment.

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency inSQL(PostgreSQL MySQL or MS SQL Server).
• Strong programming skills inPythonand awillingness to learn Javaand other languages as needed.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
• Familiarity with planning systems such as SAP IBP NetSuite Anaplan or similar.
• Understanding of APIs data integration and automation frameworks is a plus.
