As the Growth Marketer for SMB you will be the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts with a primary focus on paid media and email marketing. You are a results-oriented marketer who is equally comfortable diving deep into Google Ads campaign data as you are crafting a high-converting email nurture sequence. You will own key acquisition channels and be responsible for hitting aggressive pipeline and revenue targets. This is an opportunity to build measure and scale programs from the ground up with a clear and measurable impact on the business.
Your Impact
- Paid Media Management: Develop launch and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across channels like Google Ads (Search Display) LinkedIn and other B2B platforms to drive qualified leads and product trials. Manage campaign budgets bidding strategies and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Email Marketing & Nurturing: Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns from building targeted lists and writing compelling copy to deploying campaigns and analyzing performance. Design and implement automated nurture streams that guide prospects through the buyers journey and convert them into sales-ready leads.
- Target Account Acquisition: Take ownership of our acquisition strategy for a defined target account list (TAL). You will orchestrate multi-channel touches across paid media email and web to create engagement within our most valuable SMB accounts.
- SEO Execution: Collaborate with our content and web teams to execute our SEO strategy. This includes contributing to keyword research optimizing landing pages and monitoring organic search performance to increase visibility and attract high-intent traffic.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Live in the data. Monitor analyze and report on campaign performance pipeline contribution and key growth metrics. Use insights from Google Analytics Salesforce and our marketing automation platform to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Liaise with Product Marketing Operations Demand Generation Web/Dev and paid media teams to build cohesive strategies increase ROI and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor the competitive landscape and digital technology developments providing actionable insights and creative ideas to help us stand out and stay ahead.
Qualifications :
Your Experience
- B2C marketing experience required
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- 10 years of hands-on experience in SMB growth or digital marketing role
- Proven expertise in managing performance-based paid advertising campaigns with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status.
- Self starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment with excellent time management skills.
- Attention to detail while maintaining an eye on the big picture.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of using data to make strategic decisions and achieve measurable results.
- A self-starter mentality with a passion for experimentation learning and tackling new challenges. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $165000 - $207000/YR.
