Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 46 years of experience in sales/business development within the construction chemicals or concrete industry
- Strong technical understanding of concrete admixtures and applications.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with a strong business acumen and regional market knowledge.
