Were looking for a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer with advanced expertise and strong React TypeScript skills to help shape the future of our customer-facing applications and studio management tools. This role goes beyond writing great code: youll provide architectural direction mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. 

Your work will directly impact thousands of fitness enthusiasts and studio owners across the globe. 

Our Tech Stack 

• Frontend: React TypeScript JavaScript (ES6) CSS/SCSS 

• Backend: Python Django 

What Youll Do 

• Take ownership of frontend initiatives driving architecture implementation and delivery. 

• Write clean performant maintainable code in React and TypeScript. 

• Mentor engineers fostering a culture of collaboration inclusion and engineering excellence. 

• Collaborate with product managers designers and backend engineers to deliver impactful features. 

• Contribute to and help evolve our shared component-based design system ensuring consistency accessibility and scalability. 

• Lead thoughtful code reviews and set best practices for frontend development. 

• Participate in Agile ceremonies helping with project planning and estimation. 

• Identify and address technical debt while balancing long-term sustainability with product velocity. 

What Were Looking For 

• 5 years of professional frontend engineering experience. 

• Advanced hands-on expertise with (Ember Data Ember CLI testing strategies performance optimizations). 

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript including hooks state management and modern component design. 

• Experience building and scaling large mature single-page applications. 

• Proven experience influencing architecture and technical direction. 

• Strong understanding of accessibility and building inclusive user-friendly interfaces. 

• Familiarity with micro-frontend architecture and web components. 

• Experience with modern build tooling (e.g. Webpack Vite). 

• Exposure to internationalization/localization web APIs (e.g. Web Workers Push API) and CI/CD practices. 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across product design and engineering. 

• Pragmatic mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. 

• Bonus: Experience with SaaS platforms or customer-facing applications and/or backend frameworks like Python/Django.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
