Training & Development

All new Care Assistants complete 2 days of training to prepare for their role followed by ongoing support and development. Youll also receive specialist training including dementia care to help you grow and deliver the highest quality care.

What Were Looking For:

Morning availability (essential)
At least 2 evenings per week (essential)
Availability every other weekend (essential)
Car drivers with a valid licence & access to own vehicle (REQUIRED)

What Youll Be Doing:

Personal Care & Daily Tasks: Assist clients with bathing dressing grooming toileting meals medication reminders and mobility
Comfort & Well-being: Deliver care respectfully maintain privacy monitor health and enhance clients quality of life
Companionship & Emotional Support: Provide friendly interaction engage in activities and reduce loneliness
Promoting Independence: Encourage clients to do tasks they can manage support safe mobility and foster self-confidence at home

Qualifications:

Compassion & Empathy: A warm approachable personality with the ability to connect meaningfully with older people
Professionalism: Dedicated and responsible with a genuine passion for delivering the highest quality of care
Communication Skills: Positive outlook and ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English
Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
Mobility: Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle as travel between client visits is required
