Workplace Experience Manager

Were looking for a Workplace Experience Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of Endavas London this role youll ensure our workplace is professional welcoming and high-performingsupporting collaboration wellbeing and productivity across all teams.

Youll draw on your expertise in facilities management operations and employee experience to ensure the office runs seamlessly and reflects Endavas culture and values. As the connector between people space and services youll make sure every detailfrom the atmosphere and design of our spaces to the quality of services deliveredcontributes to an exceptional workplace experience.

What Youll Do

• Oversee the presentation functionality and overall standards of the London office to maintain a professional and engaging environment.

• Manage building operations supplier relationships and service contracts ensuring efficiency quality and value.

• Collaborate with Facilities and Workplace teams to deliver local improvements aligned with global workplace strategies.

• Partner with People Development and Communications teams to support onboarding internal events and employee engagement initiatives.

• Serve as the main point of contact for employees senior leaders and visitors ensuring consistent high-quality service delivery.

• Monitor space utilisation maintenance and safety compliance to drive operational excellence.

• Champion sustainability wellbeing and inclusivity initiatives aligned with Endavas ESG goals.

Qualifications :

Youre highly organised proactive and a strong communicator with great interpersonal skills.
You have 7 years of experience in workplace facilities or hospitality managementideally in a corporate or multi-site environmentand a passion for creating outstanding workplace experiences.
