Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients living with Parkinsons disease AbbVie is seeking a motivated Account Manager to support the sales and customer engagement efforts in Denmark.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the sales and promotion of AbbVies products and services within your assigned territory and targeted accounts in Denmark. You will represent AbbVie to clinics and payers ensuring optimal access and driving performance in line with individual team and affiliate goals. Youll actively contribute to the planning and implementation of initiatives led by the Infield Team (IFT) bringing value to customers through collaboration and insight. By demonstrating strong alignment with AbbVies vision and core values you will play a key role in fostering a high-performing customer-focused team environment.
Major Responsibilities
As Account Manager you will be accountable for driving commercial performance and customer engagement in your assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop a robust Account Plan in collaboration with the Infield Team (IFT) ensuring sales efforts are prioritized based on business potential
- Conduct in-depth business analysis
- Proactively identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to build an impactful multi-channel tactical plan
- Allocate and adjust financial resources to maximize return on investment
- Support the IFT in implementing monitoring and refining the Account Plan
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination and efficient use of financial resources within the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including external experts and decision-makers
- Drive and optimize sales of AbbVie products across the district
- Ensure access to customers (clinics and payers) and collaborate closely with the Brand Team to develop and implement initiatives that add value to the customer
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role you bring a strong combination of industry experience strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement. Your profile includes:
- Ideally you have at least 1 year of sales experience specifically within the healthcare sector such as pharmaceutical medical device or OTC product sales.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics Management or International Business
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrix organization
- Strong relationship-building skills with Key Opinion Leaders and other relevant stakeholders
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute effectively (work plans activities timelines targeting)
- Valid driving license
- Fluency in either Swedish Danish or Norwegian with good command of English
