Job Description:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing scalable web solutions across our digital experience platforms. You will lead technical initiatives collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the adoption of modern development practices. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our services online.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects and Analysts to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.

• Estimate development efforts and contribute to project planning.

Solution Delivery

• Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Liferay and Acquia DXP.

• Build and maintain integrations with internal systems and third-party platforms.

• Ensure solutions are delivered on time within scope and meet quality standards.

Governance & Best Practices

• Enforce architectural standards and development best practices.

• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Drive CI/CD automation and release management processes.

Support & Maintenance

• Provide production support and troubleshoot issues within defined SLAs.

• Continuously improve development workflows and system performance.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.

• 7 years of experience in full stack development including system integrations.

• Proven expertise in Liferay DXP and Acquia DXP platforms.

• Experience with cloud architecture web services and enterprise application design.

• Proficiency in Java PHP HTML/CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs microservices and containerization.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
