Whats the role
Were looking for a Property Risk Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a permanent full-time role where youll help assess and manage property lending opportunities $10M-$150M.
Youll be working closely with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure were making smart well-informed decisions across all new investment and development funding opportunities as well as providing specialised support within existing portfolios.
What do I need
Were after someone who brings strong property valuation risk insight and a collaborative mindset. Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Deep experience in property valuation across multiple asset classes.
- A sharp eye for identifying market risks and recommending practical solutions.
- Confidence in preparing and presenting input into credit submissions.
- Strong communication skills to work with internal teams clients and consultants.
- Ability to manage valuation and consultant panels and review reports critically.
- A network of industry contacts and a proactive approach to staying across market trends.
