Work Hours (Client) : Monday to Friday - 6pm - 10am EST Full-time (however we need someone flexible for the role in case our office needs change)
Pay Range : $1200 - $1400 USD/month(varies based on skill set and experience level)

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support enterprise-level hiring across 12 locations in Ontario ensuring that office and coordinator roles are filled efficiently and with high-quality candidates. You will also provide support for PSW (Personal Support Worker) postings as this role you will manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate selection working closely with hiring managers and local teams. Your organizational skills attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively will be key to ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and managers.
- Job posting and advertisement: Draft and post compelling job ads for office staff and coordinator positions across multiple locations ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
- Candidate sourcing and screening: Review resumes source candidates from multiple channels and conduct structured phone screens to assess fit and qualifications.
- Interview coordination: Schedule interviews with local office teams maintain organized calendars and ensure candidates and hiring managers have timely updates.
- Pipeline tracking and reporting: Track candidate progress in the ATS maintain accurate records and produce regular status reports for hiring managers and leadership.
- Background and reference checks: Coordinate background checks and reference calls in collaboration with local teams to ensure compliance and thorough vetting.
- Process consistency: Maintain and update job templates interview scorecards and hiring documentation to ensure a standardized and efficient recruitment process.
- Team collaboration: Partner closely with Toronto leadership and the enterprise recruitment team to align on weekly priorities support high-volume hiring and provide insights to improve processes.
- Candidate experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates acting as a clear and empathetic point of contact throughout the hiring process.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Industry: Healthcare or multi-site hiring experience
- 3 Years recruiting or HR coordination experience
- Experience in high volume recruiting is advantageous
- Strong organization and follow-through across multiple regions and stakeholders
- Comfortable with metrics and reporting
- High attention to detail under time pressure
- Strong problem solving and ownership mindset
- Preferred: healthcare or multi-site hiring experience and Canadian market familiarity
