Our Media Rights & Live Production (MRLP) business helps rights holders navigate todays fast-changing media landscape. We provide data-driven insights package rights for market and unlock new revenue streams. Through our Staylive platform we power hundreds of streaming services and our live production department offers remote solutions and content curation that help rights holders reach new audiences.
Were now looking for a Spanish-speaking driven Commercial Manager to join our team focusing on Latin American sales either based in Stockholm or remotely. This role is about forging and leading broadcaster and client relationships identifying new commercial opportunities and driving the continued growth of Two Circles MRLP offering across a dynamic and strategically important region.
** This role can be based in Stockholm or remote.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and grow broadcaster and client relationships across the LATAM region as
well as selected key markets and projects internationally.
Drive sales of media rights and related services through strategic account
management innovative pitching and collaborative deal-making.
Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships that expand
reach and deliver long-term value to rights holders.
Support the creation of impactful sales materials and tailored proposals that
reflect Two Circles data-driven approach and commercial insight.
Collaborate with colleagues across production distribution and marketing to
deliver complete professional solutions to partners and clients.
Represent Two Circles externally at meetings industry events and market fairs
with travel expected across the region and beyond.
What were looking for:
Proven experience in media rights sports or entertainment sales ideally with an
understanding of the LATAM broadcast and digital landscape.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to manage
multiple stakeholders and drive deals independently.
A proactive commercial mindset spotting opportunities building trust and
delivering tangible business outcomes.
Highly organised and results-oriented with the ability to prioritise across different
markets and projects.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) language proficiency essential.
Based in or willing to work regularly from Stockholm is recommended though not a
deal breaker.
Willingness to travel across LATAM and other key markets as needed.
